By renting a vehicle from Cars Unlimited OC Rental, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions
outlined in this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the renter
("You") and Cars Unlimited OC Rental.
2. Eligibility:
To rent a vehicle, you must meet the minimum age requirement, possess a valid driver's license, and
provide a valid payment method. Additional eligibility criteria may apply.
3. Reservation and Payment:
Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation fee may be required, and the full rental
amount must be paid in advance. Payment methods accepted include

4. Rental Period:
The rental period begins and ends at the dates and times specified in your reservation. Late returns may
result in additional charges.
5. Vehicle Usage:
The rented vehicle must only be used by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement. The vehicle
must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, or off-road activities.
6. Fuel and Mileage:
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Mileage limits may
apply, and excess mileage may incur additional charges.
7. Maintenance and Repairs:
You are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition. Report any issues promptly. [Your

8. Insurance:
